- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience on Centrifuge chillers within a District Cooling Plant installation
- Experience in operating and maintaining large tonnage Centrifugal Chillers
- Proven knowledge of operational and maintenance requirements of a District Cooling Plant
- Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and within a team
- Strong background in operations and maintenance of DCP
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems

Job Overview
- Assisting the DCP Supervisor in the day to day operation, monitoring and maintenance of District Cooling Plant including Chillers, Cooling Towers and Thermal Energy Storage system.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the District Cooling Plant as per load demand and maintaining the plant efficiency by saving energy and consumption.
- Operate all equipment installed in DCP carefully, complying with all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain the whole plant clean and tidy on daily basis and perform daily visual check of chillers, pumps, pipe lines and other relevant equipment.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities to keep equipment in good working order.
- Respond to reported issues and coordinate with efficient and effective responses.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Requirements
- Minimum 07 years of experience on Centrifuge chillers within a District Cooling Plant installation or associated professional area.
- Experience in Operating and maintaining of large tonnage Centrifugal Chillers.
- Proven knowledge of operational and maintenance requirements of a District Cooling Plant.
- Able to work alone with minimum supervision and within a Team.
- Strong background in operations and maintenance of DCP.
- Able to troubleshoot any technical problems.
- Ability to read and understand technical submittals, manuals, catalogues, and drawings.
