We are seeking an Engineering Sales Representative to join our Dartmouth team.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with engineering firms, consultants, and contractors to drive product specifications and ensure O’Dell solutions are incorporated into project designs.

• Drive product specifications and influence design decisions with engineering firms to secure O’Dell solutions in project designs and Basis of Design (BOD) documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and vendors to support new and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Estimating, and Project Management—to provide input on bids, product selection, and pricing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and expanding relationships within the mechanical contracting community.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions for engineers and clients, highlighting O’Dell product advantages and new technologies.
• Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting mechanical equipment in coordination with the Technical Support Team.
