Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support procedure review, daily planning, and prioritization of HVAC construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Verify site activities against approved HVAC design, procedures, project schedule, quality requirements, and ITPs.
• Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and the owner's commissioning team.
• Support construction completion, punch list management, mechanical completion readiness, and system energization.
• Support commissioning tests, air and water balancing, control logic verification, equipment test runs, seasonal testing, training, start-up, and maintenance support.
• Assist with vendor and subcontractor management, field execution, and final documentation handover.

Person Specification

• University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
• Significant industrial construction experience on large or extra-large gas plants.
• Experience in a similar role on at least two to three projects of comparable size.
• At least seven to eight years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, self-motivation, attention to detail, and problem-resolution skills.

Assignment and Rotation

• The assignment follows a rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off, with two paid travel days.
