HVAC Install Manager

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential Full-Time | Leadership Position

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential installation department in Charleston.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows residential HVAC installation, can lead and develop technicians, and understands how to run a productive, profitable install department.

As the HVAC Install Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the installation department, including:

• Lead, coach, train, and develop HVAC installation teams
• Manage daily installation schedules, manpower, and job assignments
• Ensure installations are completed correctly, efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Monitor department KPIs, productivity, job costing, callbacks, and overall performance
• Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining a strong customer experience
• Conduct quality-control checks and address installation or workmanship concerns
• Work closely with sales, service, warehouse, dispatch, and leadership teams
• Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and information needed to complete jobs successfully
• Help recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing installers
• Hold team members accountable to performance and company expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and installation capacity
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, permitting requirements, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Support inventory and equipment planning based on installation demand
