The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Plumbers / Drain Technicians who want more than just a job. This is a career opportunity for professionals who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and being part of a team that truly values their work.
You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, provide clear solutions, and help customers make confident, informed decisions—all while being supported by leadership, training, and top-tier tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$175,000 average annual earnings (performance-based)

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and resolve urgent residential plumbing issues
Meet with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions
Deliver excellent customer service from start to finish
Participate in paid classroom training 2–3 times per month
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of plumbing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused mindset
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings (per state & federal law)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to follow instructions and accept feedback
Schedule
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Monday -Friday with rotating weekends and on-call
