Role Overview
Gain practical experience in HR administration, employee engagement, contracts, and compliance.
Work closely with the team to understand HR processes and develop practical Human Resources skills.
Internship Terms
- This is an unpaid internship and work-experience opportunity.
- The internship lasts three months.
- The schedule is four hours per day.
- The arrangement is 80% remote and 20% on-site.
- There are two days off per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employment and HR-related contracts and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support day-to-day HR administration and documentation.
- Research UAE Labour Laws, regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Help implement and maintain HR policies and processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and team activities.
- Follow up with team members and maintain regular engagement.
- Handle employee information confidentially and professionally.
- Support other HR administrative tasks and projects as required.
