Event Coordinators will support daily workshops, seminars, talks, and entertainment at Avenue Motor City in Dubai.
This is a five-month unpaid work-experience opportunity running from October 2026 through February 2027.
What You Will Do
- Host sessions and co-host with partner companies.
- Coordinate day-to-day event logistics and timing.
- Engage directly with mall visitors and attendees.
- Help keep every session running smoothly from start to finish.
What You Will Need
- Be available daily from October 2026 through February 2027 during the 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. session window.
- Be based in Motor City or nearby, or be able to commute easily.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Bring a marketing-minded and organized approach.
- Have an outgoing personality and confidence engaging directly with attendees.
- Commit to the full five-month period with at least two weeks' notice before leaving.
- No prior experience is required.
