Beverly Hills Specialist Hospital seeks a Human Resources Officer with 5 years of medical experience and 2 years in a clinic or hospital setting. The role involves managing DHA portal, Maashi portal, payroll, and medical recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage DHA portal activities including adding doctors, checking daily notifications, and ensuring portal accuracy
- Manage Maashi portal activities
- Check and respond to daily emails
- Manage salary and payroll processes
- Conduct DHA ranking audits and JCI accreditation processes
- Prepare and maintain medical staff files
- Conduct medical recruitment processes
Requirements
- 5 years of medical experience
- 2 years of clinic or hospital experience
- Proficiency in DHA portal
- Proficiency in Maashi portal
- Knowledge of payroll management
- Knowledge of DHA ranking audit and JCI accreditation
- Ability to prepare medical staff files
- Ability to conduct medical recruitment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
