Requirements
- Experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
- Skills in HR planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational development
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, HR data reporting, and using metrics to inform decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech, e commerce, or fast paced growth environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus

Role Description
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading day to day HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- This full time, on site role is based in Riyadh and involves close collaboration with leadership and team members.
- Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies and procedures, and coordinating performance management and employee development initiatives.
- The role also includes handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and overseeing compensation, benefits, and attendance processes.

Qualifications
