Role Description

  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading day to day HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • This full time, on site role is based in Riyadh and involves close collaboration with leadership and team members.
  • Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies and procedures, and coordinating performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • The role also includes handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and overseeing compensation, benefits, and attendance processes.
  • Drive HR projects such as engagement programs, culture building initiatives, HR analytics, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Skills in HR planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational development to support business growth.
  • Ability to design and implement employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities across all levels.
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools, HR data reporting, and using metrics to inform decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
  • Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech, e commerce, or fast paced growth environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
