Requirements
- Strong executive administrative assistance skills including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Experience with executive support such as preparing presentations and handling confidential information
- Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports with accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred

Role Description
- Full time, on site position in Riyadh providing comprehensive executive administrative assistance.
- Includes calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports.
- Support senior leadership with document preparation, presentation materials, and follow up on key action items.
- Manage correspondence, organize files, arrange internal and external meetings.
- Ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative assistance skills.
- Experience with executive support, including preparing presentations and handling confidential information.
- Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive problem solving approach, high level of reliability, and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Comfort working in an on site, collaborative setting in Riyadh.
