- Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager, based in Jeddah, to lead and manage the overall HR function while supporting business objectives.
- This role will focus on driving HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- You will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals and ensure a strong employee experience.
- You will also play a key role in talent management, workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and HR best practices.

- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
- Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategy and organisational effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- In line with the Saudisation initiatives by the Saudi government, only Saudi nationals can work in HR roles in Saudi Arabia.
