Role Description

  • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all human resource functions to support organizational goals, employee development, and workforce effectiveness.
  • This role leads HR strategies, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • The position involves developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • The Human Resources Manager works closely with senior leadership and department managers to support organizational growth and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, career development, and offboarding processes.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition activities by developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains qualified talent.
  • Managing employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting fair and consistent HR practices.
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, training and development initiatives, HR analytics, compliance activities, and performance management systems.
  • Collaborating with department leaders and executive management to drive organizational change, improve employee engagement, and strengthen company culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee development programs.
  • Understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and employment regulations.
  • Experience using HR information systems and workforce management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
