Role Description

  • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s human resources functions to support business objectives, workforce development, and employee engagement.
  • This role oversees HR operations, talent management, organizational development, and people strategies that contribute to long term business success.
  • The position involves developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • The Human Resources Manager works closely with senior leadership to ensure that workforce strategies support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, career development, succession planning, and offboarding processes.
  • Handling employee relations by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution processes, and promoting fair and consistent HR practices.
  • Overseeing performance management systems, training and development programs, leadership development initiatives, and talent management strategies.
  • Identifying skill gaps and implementing programs that strengthen workforce capabilities.
  • Managing compensation and benefits programs, HR analytics, workforce planning, and compliance activities.
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimizing organizational risks.
  • Collaborating with department heads and executive leadership to support organizational change, improve employee engagement, and strengthen company culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee development programs.
  • Understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and organizational policies.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Experience using HR systems and workforce management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and workforce data.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
