Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's artificial intelligence strategy, managing AI initiatives and driving the adoption of intelligent technologies to support business growth, innovation, and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and automation technologies to improve business processes, enhance customer experiences, and support data driven decision making
- Develop and execute the organization's AI roadmap, prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and ensuring successful implementation of AI solutions
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI projects, from concept and development to deployment and performance monitoring
- Lead cross functional teams consisting of data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Establish AI governance frameworks, ethical AI practices, data quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, manage AI vendors and platforms, oversee automation initiatives, and identify opportunities for digital transformation
- Collaborate with departments such as operations, finance, marketing, human resources, and technology to integrate AI capabilities across the organization

Role Description
