Requirements
- Experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law
- Experience in talent acquisition for operational and pre opening projects
- Ability to manage a team of HR Business Partners
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Role Overview
- Acts as deputy to the Group Director of HR, owning HR delivery across Head Office, CoE, and all venues.
- Manages a team of 3 HR Business Partners and holds end to end ownership of Talent Acquisition for operational venues and pre opening projects.
- Sets standards and reviews outcomes across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages HR Business Partners across all venues, sets priorities, reviews case work, coaches HRBPs.
- Owns TA for all operational venues and pre opening projects, sets hiring standards, leads pre opening recruitment planning.
- Owns HR administration, documentation, and consistent policy implementation per UAE labour law.
- Sets ER policy direction and escalation thresholds; reviews HRBP led investigations.
- Owns the performance review cycle, setting standards for goal setting and evaluation.
- Owns engagement strategy execution and turnover analysis, proposing retention interventions.
- Directs coordination with L&D CoE on cross venue training needs.
- Owns accuracy sign off on salaries, incentives, and benefits before Finance processing.
- Owns HR reporting (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, TA pipeline) to Group Director of HR.
