Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall HR function across the dealership and its departments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning for various departments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage attendance, leave, employee benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals, KPIs, promotions, and development plans.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.
• Coordinate employee contracts, work permits, visas, insurance, renewals, and other employment-related documentation.
• Develop and monitor compensation, incentives, commissions, and benefits programs.
• Identify training and development requirements and coordinate technical, sales, customer service, leadership, and compliance training.
• Support management in organizational structure, succession planning, career development, and talent management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably with management-level experience.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership, automotive distributor, service center, or related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, KPIs, and workforce planning.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
