Role Overview
Manage customer and lead data, monitor incoming inquiries, ensure timely follow-up, and track customer interactions throughout the sales journey.
Support the sales team in maximizing lead conversion and customer engagement within an automotive dealership.
Responsibilities
- Manage accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Monitor leads from websites, social media, advertising campaigns, phone calls, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Assign new leads promptly to the appropriate Sales Consultants.
- Monitor lead response times and follow-up activity against company standards.
- Track customers through inquiries, showroom visits, test drives, quotations, bookings, sales, and vehicle delivery.
- Monitor appointments and test drives and record outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up on inactive, pending, and lost leads to support opportunity recovery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports covering leads, follow-ups, appointments, conversions, and sales performance.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records and protect customer information confidentiality.
- Identify improvements to CRM processes, lead management, follow-up, and conversion performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer service, sales administration, or lead management.
- Previous automotive dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Arabic language ability is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
