The company is expanding its premium automotive operations and customer experience in the UAE.
Role Purpose
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the ROX UAE Service Center.
The role manages the front desk, customer flow, appointments, incoming calls, and service-center enquiries.
The role coordinates with Service Advisors, Workshop, Parts, Customer Experience, and Aftersales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and maintain a professional reception and customer waiting environment.
- Manage customer flow, answer calls, direct enquiries, and schedule or confirm appointments.
- Maintain customer, appointment, communication, vehicle-document, visitor, and reception records accurately.
- Keep customers informed, support appointment reminders and follow-up calls, and coordinate with the Customer Experience team.
- Prepare customer documents and service forms, escalate complaints or delays, and support campaigns and Aftersales events.
