The Human Resources Generalist will support recruitment, new-hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
The role includes building strong relationships with company managers to support their human resources needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts.
- Develop and oversee new-hire orientation and onboarding efforts.
- Oversee the employee termination process.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities.
- Build strong relationships with company managers to support their human resources needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or a related area.
- At least three years of experience working in human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
