Job Summary

HRGF is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions across the organisation.

The role covers HR strategy, legal compliance, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organisational growth.

The stated location is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the employment type is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and manage Saudization requirements.
  • Oversee GOSI registration, contributions, employee insurance, and government HR platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, and MHRSD.
  • Develop workforce plans and lead executive recruitment and succession planning.
  • Implement performance management and employee development programmes.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation structures, benefits, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare budgets, manpower plans, reports, KPIs, and HR performance metrics.
  • Drive engagement, retention, recognition, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
  • Maintain compliant HR documentation, manage audits and inspections, advise senior management, and build external stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing HR operations in Saudi Arabia is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and related government systems.
  • Experience in HR transformation, policy development, payroll, compensation, recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic is preferred.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA, professional certifications, and multidisciplinary team management experience are advantageous.

Compensation

  • The stated salary range is SAR 10,000–15,000; no payment cadence is specified.
