Role Overview
The employer is hiring an HR Operations Specialist.
The role covers human resources operations, procedures, and administrative transactions.
Workplace
- The work location is Riyadh, Al Arid.
Schedule
- Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- The role is scheduled for five days per week.
- The expected start date is immediate.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI platforms is required.
- Experience with Mowaamah procedures and certification is required.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge of HR systems and procedures.
- The employer is seeking an organized, competent, and detail-oriented HR professional.
Responsibilities
- Prepare HR letters and handle administrative transactions.
- Handle transactions with the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.
- Follow up on and execute various HR procedures and transactions.
