Overview

The Head of HR will lead the people strategy for the Saudi Arabia business, aligning HR initiatives with commercial objectives.

This role will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership while overseeing the full HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organisational development, and compliance with Saudi labour laws.

Hr Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business goals across KSA
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness
  • Lead and develop the local HR team to deliver high-impact HR support
  • Drive a high-performance, values-driven culture across the organisation

Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters
  • Support business transformation, restructuring, and growth initiatives
  • Provide strategic input on workforce planning and organisational design
  • Coach senior stakeholders on leadership, performance, and team development

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy for all functions
  • Ensure hiring plans align with business growth and Saudisation targets
  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles
  • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders

Performance Management & Talent Development

  • Drive performance management frameworks and annual review cycles
  • Implement succession planning and leadership development programmes
  • Identify high-potential talent and support career progression pathways
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and development

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction
  • Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing programmes
  • Monitor engagement metrics and implement improvement strategies

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy aligned with market benchmarks
  • Ensure payroll, HR operations, and policies are effectively managed
  • Maintain compliance with Saudi labour laws and internal governance
  • Manage HR budgets and optimise cost efficiency

Compliance & Saudisation

  • Ensure full compliance with KSA labour regulations and legal frameworks
  • Lead Saudisation (Nitaqat) strategy and implementation
  • Maintain strong relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience within FMCG or fast-paced multinational environments
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and Saudisation requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR business partnering
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is highly advantageous
