- Research and identify new business opportunities by analyzing target markets and industries
- Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting using cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Qualify prospective clients by understanding their challenges, objectives, budgets and decision making processes
- Book high quality meetings for senior sales teams by creating interest and overcoming objections
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through structured follow up activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to refine outreach strategies
- Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, lead generation or outbound client facing role
- Strong technical understanding of Tech/IT/SaaS products including ERP, CRM, Cyber Security, Data, AI
- Proven experience in high volume outbound prospecting, cold calling, and overcoming objections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building abilities with consultative approach
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Self motivated, resilient and target driven
- Commercially minded with desire for long term sales career

Job Overview
- We are partnering with a rapidly growing outsourced sales organisation to recruit several Sales Development roles for its expanding Dubai office.
- Supporting a diverse portfolio of high growth businesses across multiple industries, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior decision makers, and generating qualified sales meetings for clients operating across international markets.
The Role
- Research and identify new business opportunities by analysing target markets, industries and prospective clients.
- Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting using cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other engagement channels.
- Qualify prospective clients by understanding their current challenges, business objectives, budgets and decision making processes.
- Book high quality meetings for senior sales teams by creating interest, overcoming objections and effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through structured follow up activity.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets.
Required Experience
- 2 5 years of experience within sales, business development, recruitment, lead generation or another outbound client facing role.
- Strong technical understanding of Tech / IT / SaaS products including ERP, CRM, Cyber Security, Data, Ai.
- Proven experience conducting high volume outbound prospecting, with confidence making cold calls, engaging prospects and overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship building abilities with a consultative approach.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Self motivated, resilient and target driven.
- Commercially minded with a strong desire to develop a long term career within sales and business development.
