A leading infrastructure and development platform is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of HR to lead the People & Culture agenda across a rapidly growing organization operating within large-scale infrastructure, mobility, transport, and development environments.
This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership while shaping the HR function across a high-growth platform delivering major regional projects.
The successful candidate will combine strong strategic HR capability with hands-on operational leadership, ideally gained within complex project-driven or infrastructure-led environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR and People strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Partner closely with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives
- Drive HR operations, governance, compliance, and policy implementation
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
- Ensure alignment between corporate HR frameworks and project/business unit requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across employee relations and people matters
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership or HRBP capacity
- Prior experience within infrastructure, transport, construction, engineering, real estate, or large-scale development environments highly preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR governance frameworks
- Experience supporting corporate and project-based teams across complex organizations
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Competitive executive-level compensation package available.
