Responsibilities
- Act as the Resident Engineer and primary site representative throughout the construction phase
- Lead and manage the supervision team, ensuring works are executed per approved design, specifications, programme, and quality standards
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, client representatives, and key project stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
- Review and approve contractor submissions, method statements, shop drawings, inspections, and material approvals
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and HSE requirements
- Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior project leadership
- Manage quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve technical and construction related issues efficiently
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and close out activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Extensive experience as a Resident Engineer on major building projects within the Middle East
- Proven delivery of large scale, architecturally complex or iconic developments
- Strong site supervision and construction management expertise
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors
- Excellent stakeholder management and client facing communication skills
- Thorough understanding of international construction standards, quality systems, and HSE requirements
- Strong leadership, decision making, and problem solving abilities

Overview
- Seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join the delivery team on a prestigious, architecturally iconic project in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Resident Engineer and primary site representative.
