Requirements
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor regulations
- Experience in Benefits Administration
- Skills in Employee Relations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems or HRIS tools
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah

Role Description
- Support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating HR documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day to day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor regulations.
- Experience in Benefits Administration.
- Skills in Employee Relations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems or HRIS tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah.
