Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Administrative Assistant role based in Jeddah.
  • The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations by managing calendars, organizing files, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • The role includes handling phone calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing communications to the appropriate team members.
  • The Administrative Assistant will assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating internal communications, and supporting executives with administrative tasks as needed.
  • The position also involves preparing basic reports, arranging logistics for meetings or events, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth office workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience or familiarity with Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in retail or a customer focused environment, is a plus
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative mindset
