Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Administrative Assistant role based in Jeddah.
- The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations by managing calendars, organizing files, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- The role includes handling phone calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing communications to the appropriate team members.
- The Administrative Assistant will assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating internal communications, and supporting executives with administrative tasks as needed.
- The position also involves preparing basic reports, arranging logistics for meetings or events, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth office workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience or familiarity with Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office or similar)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in retail or a customer focused environment, is a plus
- Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative mindset
