Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Human Resources Assistant with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end to end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and HR related reporting
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee related documents
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance and employee data
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
