- Support end to end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and HR related reporting
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee related documents
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance and employee data
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
