Human Resources Advisor - SWOps

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 15-month parental leave contract . Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of a collaborative HR team supporting Tronox operations across Australind, Kemerton, Bunbury and Busselton .

This is a diverse generalist HR role where you will provide professional advice and practical, policy-based support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities , support the delivery of HR training programs , and partner with HR Business Partners on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievance resolution. The role also plays a key part in maintaining accurate HR records and data integrity across systems, while contributing to employee experience initiatives and broader HR projects.
