Role Overview
The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resource functions across corporate, site, and operational locations.
The role covers recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, performance management, engagement, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Recruitment and Workforce Planning
- Manage recruitment for corporate, site, operational, and support functions.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and site teams.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection.
- Manage offers, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
HR Operations and Performance
- Manage employee processes from joining to exit and maintain HR records and master data.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, promotions, resignations, exits, and final settlements.
- Develop job descriptions, job profiles, KRAs, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate performance reviews and improvement plans.
