Role Overview
Lead end-to-end planning, production, guest experience, and operational logistics for major corporate events, resort activations, launches, hospitality gatherings, and internal celebrations.
Translate leadership vision into detailed event plans, production deliverables, timelines, and live-event run-of-shows.
Event Experience Planning
- Oversee concept development, layout design, and program flow for corporate events, product launches, HOD meets, anniversary galas, and VIP activations.
- Curate guest touchpoints and experiential elements that meet Della’s luxury standards.
Logistics and On-Site Operations
- Drive site management, staging, audiovisual setups, production, lighting, and décor installation.
- Manage transport, accommodations, and itineraries for executives, VIP guests, performers, and crews between Mumbai and resort locations.
- Coordinate seating, catering, and crowd-management flow during live events.
Vendors and Budgets
- Source and negotiate with event agencies, fabrication teams, AV vendors, artists, and logistics providers.
