Role Overview
Manage estimation, quantity surveying, contractor billing, cost control, budgeting, and commercial activities for large-scale township developments.
Support timely project execution within approved budgets.
Estimation and Quantity Surveying
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Perform rate analysis and cost benchmarking.
- Verify quantities and measurements at site.
- Monitor quantity variations and prepare reconciliation statements.
- Assess the commercial impact of design changes.
Billing, Cost Control, and Commercial Management
- Verify contractor RA bills and final bills.
- Certify completed work against BOQs and contracts.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely payment processing.
- Maintain billing records and commercial documentation.
- Track project budgets and monitor cost variances.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Identify value engineering and cost optimization opportunities.
