HSE Trainer role supporting a data centre project in Nagpur.
The role delivers safety training, ensures HSE compliance, and promotes a strong safety culture in a high-risk environment.

Location and Schedule
- The description lists Mumbai, a data centre project in Nagpur, and Mulund as work locations.
- Workdays are Monday to Saturday.

- Pay is ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
Qualifications and Experience
- A B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a B.E. in Industrial Safety or Fire Engineering, is required.
- ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) is mandatory.
- At least two years of HSE training and site safety experience is required.
- Construction, industrial, or data centre project experience is preferred.
- Proven experience conducting safety training programs and inductions is required.
Training and Development
- Conduct HSE induction training for new employees and workers.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and awareness programs.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and safety modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Safety Compliance and Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Identify hazards and ensure implementation of risk control measures.
- Support site teams in maintaining safe working conditions.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports and audit documents.
- Assist during internal and external safety audits.
Coordination and Implementation
- Work with site engineers, supervisors, and management.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and safety procedure implementation.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle site-level safety challenges.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and reporting.
Additional Notes
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
