Position Overview

What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with Parsons' HSE policies, NEOM specific safety regulations, and Saudi Arabian environmental and labor laws
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions to contractors and site personnel
- Assist in investigating incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and contribute to preventive action reports
- Review contractor Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Method Statements to ensure safety precautions are integrated
- Maintain accurate HSE logs, incident records, and performance metrics for daily and weekly reporting
