- Enforce safety policies and procedures
- Implement safety policies and procedures and ensure adherence
- Coordinate with facilities/Site Manager, Site Engineer and Area Supervisors and Foremen in matters relating to health, environment and safety
- Perform safety inspections on both sites and equipment
- Conduct daily safety inspection and motivate work force to work safely
- Check the availability of First Aid Kit, medicines and Fire Fighting Equipment
- Ensure that critical lift plan and work permit shall be secured, and crane operators are competent, qualified
Requirements
- Experience in enforcing safety policies and procedures
- Ability to conduct daily safety inspections and motivate workforce to work safely
- Knowledge of critical lift plans and work permit systems
