Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring construction and site operations for HSE compliance
- Conduct routine HSE inspections and report findings to HSE Manager
- Support development and delivery of toolbox talks, site orientations, and safety briefings
- Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis
- Help maintain accurate HSE documentation including OSHA 300 logs and training records
- Coordinate and track safety training sessions, certifications, and permit renewals
- Participate in safety meetings and document minutes and action plans
- Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to promote safety first culture
- Assist in reviewing site specific safety plans and identifying hazards
- Contribute to environmental tracking initiatives such as waste logs and emissions records
- Prepare basic reports, metrics, and visual aids to support site safety reviews
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions on site
Requirements
- Experience in HSE role in construction or similar environment
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring construction and site operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine HSE inspections and report findings to the HSE Manager.
- Support the development and delivery of toolbox talks, site orientations, and other safety briefings.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis under guidance of senior HSE personnel.
- Help maintain accurate HSE documentation, including OSHA 300 logs, inspection checklists, and training records.
- Coordinate and track safety training sessions, certifications, and permit renewals for site personnel.
- Participate in safety meetings and document minutes, follow up items, and action plans.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to promote a safety first culture.
- Assist in reviewing site specific safety plans and identifying potential hazards.
- Contribute to environmental tracking initiatives, such as waste logs, emissions records, and sustainability metrics.
- Prepare basic reports, metrics, and visual aids (PowerPoint, Excel) to support site safety reviews and client updates.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions on site.
