About the Role
Decima International seeks an HSE Officer for data center projects in Riyadh. You will ensure safety and environmental compliance on construction sites, conduct inspections, support training, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring construction and site operations for HSE compliance
- Conduct routine HSE inspections and report findings to the HSE Manager
- Support development and delivery of toolbox talks, site orientations, and safety briefings
- Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis
- Help maintain accurate HSE documentation including OSHA 300 logs and training records
- Coordinate and track safety training sessions, certifications, and permit renewals
- Participate in safety meetings and document minutes and action plans
- Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to promote safety culture
- Assist in reviewing site specific safety plans and identifying hazards
- Contribute to environmental tracking initiatives such as waste logs and emissions records
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in construction safety or HSE coordination roles
- Associate degree or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field
- Prior experience in data centers or mission critical construction sites
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and HSE compliance requirements
- Experience in maintaining safety documentation and assisting with regulatory reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Experience maintaining safety documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
