Responsibilities
- Assist the HSE Manager / Senior HSE Officer in daily operations
- Apply and implement the Company’s IMS (HSE aspects) throughout the project
- Ensure all activities are carried out with full regard to HSE policy and procedures
- Deliver induction courses and toolbox talks to advise personnel of HSE hazards
- Investigate and report all accidents, incidents and near misses
- Take prompt corrective action on potential HSE hazards and inform HSE Manager
- Maintain and participate in schedule of meetings, emergency exercises, inspections and audits
- Respond to reports of non compliance, unsafe conditions, accidents and near misses
- Participate in follow up and close out of corrective actions
- Give guidance and support to assistant HSE Officer
Requirements
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum
- 5 8 years relevant HSE experience in O&G field
- Experience either in Onshore or Offshore is mandatory
- Knowledge of HSE Standards
- ADNOC approval is highly preferable
- Good reporting skills
- Good command (written and oral) of the English language

- We are seeking multiple HSE Officers for a newly awarded major Oil & Gas EPC project in Abu Dhabi UAE.
Role Summary
- We are seeking a qualified HSE Engineer with ADNOC approval to support implementation of HSE programs, ensuring compliance with ADNOC regulations.
What You Will Need To Do
- Assists the HSE Manager / Senior HSE Officer in their daily operations.
- Applies and implements the Company’s IMS (HSE aspects) throughout the project.
- Ensures all activities are carried out with full regard to HSE policy and procedures.
- Delivers induction courses and toolbox talks to advise personnel of HSE hazards.
- Executes or assists in investigation and reporting of all accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Takes prompt corrective action and informs HSE Manager of potential HSE hazards.
- Maintains and participates in schedule of meetings, emergency exercises, inspections and audits.
