- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.

- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client safety requirements, and company safety management systems.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents while preparing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to promote safety awareness and safe work practices.
- Maintain HSE documentation including permits, inspection records, training logs, and emergency response procedures.
