- Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work execution as per project schedules, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage site workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and material allocation for smooth project operations.
- Monitor progress of civil works including
- concrete, formwork, finishing, and structural activities
- at site.
- Ensure compliance with
- HSE regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
- during all construction activities.
- Assist site engineers and project managers in resolving operational and technical issues to avoid project delays.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain records of manpower, work progress, and material usage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, productivity, and quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines and client expectations.
