- Evaluate contract terms, project specifications, variations, claims, and change orders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement teams, and subcontractors regarding contractual and commercial matters.
- Monitor project progress, contractual risks, and cost implications while supporting dispute resolution and claim management activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of correspondence, payment certificates, variation orders, and contract records.
- Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and preparation of commercial reports and contractual recommendations.
