About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Dubai Municipality (DM) and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE regulations, project specifications, and client requirements
- Implement and maintain Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems across project sites
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Develop and review HSE plans, method statements, and emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with DM, RTA, and UAE HSE regulations and international standards
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and corrective action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in infrastructure projects
- Proven experience on DM and/or RTA infrastructure projects is essential
- Consultancy experience is mandatory
- Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

Overview
