About the Role

- Incident Investigation techniques
- Minimum 15 years’ experience with at least 3 years as Lead HSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
- ADNOC approval
- Strong understanding of HSE issues in Oil & Gas EPC business
- Ability to lead a team of HSE professionals
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills in English

Job Description
- Seeking a qualified HSE Engineer with ADNOC approval to join the team in Abu Dhabi.
- Role involves supporting HSE programs and ensuring compliance with ADNOC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Have strong understanding of HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in Oil & Gas EPC business.
- Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
- Sound understanding of HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
- Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
- Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.).
- Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.
- Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
- Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
- Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group).
- Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Incident Investigation techniques.
- Minimum 15 years’ with at least 3 years as Lead HSE role in HSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industries, Construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations.
