- Assist Project and Program Management teams in implementing and maintaining SH&E programs

- Prepare and submit audit reports, inspection reports, and recommendations
- Monitor project planning and work execution for compliance with ESHARP management system
- Support implementation of incident reporting, investigation, and injury management processes
- Analyze trends related to audits, inspections, incidents, and safety observations
- Assist with new employee safety inductions and onboarding
- Deliver SH&E training programs and promote best practices
- Maintain accurate SH&E training records and documentation
- Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and workforce awareness sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/SH&E) roles
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and reporting procedures
- Knowledge of safety related industry standards (ANSI, NFPA, etc.)
- Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
- Experience delivering safety training and awareness programs
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HS&E Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist Project and Program Management teams in implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) programs in accordance with project requirements and corporate standards.
- Support the administration of site specific SH&E plans to ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and company requirements.
- Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance with corporate SH&E standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform site inspections to identify hazards and provide guidance to project personnel on hazard elimination and risk mitigation measures.
- Prepare and submit audit reports, inspection reports, and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor project planning and work execution to ensure compliance with Parsons’ Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system.
- Support the implementation of incident reporting, investigation, and occupational injury management processes.
- Analyze trends related to audits, inspections, incidents, and safety observations, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with new employee safety inductions and onboarding activities.
- Deliver SH&E training programs and promote industry best practices across project teams.
