Responsibilities
- Assist Project and Program Management teams in implementing and maintaining SH&E programs
- Support administration of site specific SH&E plans to ensure compliance
- Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance with corporate SH&E standards
- Perform site inspections to identify hazards and provide guidance on risk mitigation
- Prepare and submit audit reports, inspection reports, and recommendations
- Monitor project planning and work execution for compliance with ESHARP management system
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and occupational injury management processes
- Analyze trends related to audits, inspections, incidents, and safety observations
- Assist with new employee safety inductions and onboarding activities
- Deliver SH&E training programs and promote industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE/SH&E roles
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
- Experience delivering safety training and awareness programs
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional safety certifications are an advantage
- Experience on major infrastructure, transportation, rail, or construction projects

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HS&E Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist Project and Program Management teams in implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) programs
- Support administration of site specific SH&E plans to ensure compliance
- Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance with corporate SH&E standards
- Perform site inspections to identify hazards and provide guidance on risk mitigation
- Prepare and submit audit reports, inspection reports, and recommendations

- Maintain accurate SH&E training records and documentation
- Participate in routine safety briefings, toolbox talks, and workforce awareness sessions
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/SH&E) roles
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Knowledge of safety related industry standards including ANSI, NFPA
- Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
- Experience delivering safety training and awareness programs
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
