- Assist Project or Program Manager in implementing and maintaining SH&E programs
- Support administration and execution of site specific SH&E plans
- Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance
- Perform regular workplace inspections to identify hazards
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, audit reports, and corrective action recommendations
- Monitor project planning and work execution for compliance with ESHARP requirements
- Support implementation of occupational injury and incident reporting processes
- Analyze inspection findings, audit results, and incident trends
- Assist with new employee safety orientations and onboarding
- Deliver SH&E training programs and promote best practices
- Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and workforce awareness programs
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to promote safety culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles
- Working knowledge of applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Knowledge of recognized safety standards including ANSI, NFPA
- Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
- Experience delivering safety training and awareness programs
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HS&E Specialist (Saudi National) to join the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Project or Program Manager in implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) programs across project sites.
- Support the administration and execution of site specific SH&E plans to ensure compliance.
- Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance with corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, audit reports, and corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor project planning and work execution to ensure compliance with Parsons’ ESHARP requirements.
- Support the implementation of occupational injury, incident reporting, and incident management processes.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/SH&E) roles.
