What You'll Be Doing
- Assist Project and Program Management teams in implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) programs.
- Support administration of site specific SH&E plans for regulatory, client, and company compliance.
- Conduct audits and site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit audit reports, inspection reports, and corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor project planning and work execution for compliance with ESHARP management system.
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and occupational injury management processes.
- Analyze trends related to audits, inspections, incidents, and safety observations.
- Assist with new employee safety inductions and onboarding.
- Deliver SH&E training programs and promote best practices.
- Maintain accurate SH&E training records and documentation.
- Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and workforce awareness sessions.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support emergency preparedness activities.
