Role Overview
- Assist the Project or Program Manager in implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) programs across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration and execution of site specific SH&E plans to ensure compliance with project, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance with corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and provide recommendations to eliminate or control risks.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, audit reports, and corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor project planning and work execution to ensure compliance with Parsons ESHARP requirements.
- Support implementation of occupational injury, incident reporting, and incident management processes.
- Analyze inspection findings, audit results, and incident trends, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Assist with new employee safety orientations and onboarding activities.
- Deliver SH&E training programs and promote industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate training records and safety documentation.
- Participate in routine safety briefings, toolbox talks, and workforce awareness programs.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
