About the Role
HROptima seeks a dynamic Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation of HROptima HRMS software for clients in Dubai. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring the system, conducting training, and ensuring smooth go-live.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client HR and payroll requirements
- Configure and customize the HROptima application based on client needs
- Conduct requirement workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions
- Prepare project documentation, process flows, and implementation plans
- Perform data migration, testing, and validation activities
- Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go Live
- Coordinate with the development team for enhancements and issue resolution
- Provide post implementation support and customer success services
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HRMS, ERP, Payroll, or software implementation
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in requirement gathering and client interaction
- Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools is an advantage
- UAE driving license is preferred

Role Overview
