About the Role
HROptima seeks an experienced Functional Consultant to implement and configure HROptima HR & Payroll Software for GCC clients. Requires 3+ years HRMS/Payroll consulting experience and strong knowledge of UAE/GCC payroll processes.

Responsibilities
- Understand client HR, Payroll, and business processes and translate them into system configurations
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
- Configure HROptima modules including HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, ESS, and Performance Management
- Prepare functional documents, user manuals, and process flows
- Conduct client training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go live support
- Provide post implementation support and resolve functional queries
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HRMS / Payroll Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
- Experience in HRMS implementation and client handling
- Good understanding of UAE payroll practices and WPS is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills
- Willingness to travel across GCC regions
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and delivery of HROptima HR & Payroll Software solutions for clients across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
